Description of the Change

This pull request adds information to both the README.md and readme.txt files about how to report security bugs for the Safe SVG plugin. It also improves formatting in the features section of readme.txt for better readability.

Documentation updates:

  • Added a new section in both README.md and readme.txt explaining that security bugs should be reported through the Patchstack Vulnerability Disclosure Program, with a direct link and description of the process. [1] [2]
  • Improved the formatting of the "Current Features" section in readme.txt for consistency and readability.
